Aubrey Montgomery founded Rittenhouse Political Partners, a Pennsylvania-based fundraising firm, in 2013 after more than a decade spent raising millions of dollars in more than a dozen states.

Aubrey is regarded as one of top fundraising professionals in the country, not only for her ability to create and execute finance plans, but also for her ability to coach candidates and manage finance staff. Her skill at developing candidates and staff was recognized when she was named one of just few fundraisers on the Democracy for America national training faculty. She has conducted regular trainings for organizations including the Center for Progressive Leadership, Chatham University Center for Women in Politics, the New Leaders Council and various Democratic and non-profit organizations.

In the 2012 election cycle, Aubrey served as Finance Director for the Pennsylvania Democratic Party, overseeing a nearly $20 million budget and playing a key role in the historic Democratic sweep of all five state-wide elections including the re-elections of President Barack Obama and Senator Bob Casey, and Pennsylvania’s first Democratic and first female Attorney General.

Since her work with then-Senator Hillary Clinton while still a student at New York University, Aubrey has worked on and supported campaigns across the country. Besides her home state of Pennsylvania, she has proudly lived and worked in every “New” state (New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico and New York). Because of her expertise in both candidate and nonprofit fundraising, Aubrey was named to PoliticsPA’s “30 Under 30” list in back-to-back cycles, and as one of the states “Top Operatives” in 2014. In December 2015, Aubrey was named to Billy Penn’s “Who’s Next: Politics” list as one of Philadelphia region’s top politicos. And most recently, in recognition of her successful work at Rittenhouse Political Partners, Aubrey was named as a 2016 “40 under 40” honoree from the American Association of Political Consultants.

In addition to her candidate work, Aubrey has worked on several issue advocacy campaigns, and spent three years as NARAL Pro-Choice America’s youngest state executive director, leading the Pennsylvania affiliate from 2006-2009. Her commitment to working with and electing women at every level of government continues today; Aubrey’s clients include a number female office holders as well as Political Action Committees that focus on increasing the number of women in elected office.

Aubrey’s previous campaigns include Bryan Lentz’s top-targeted congressional run in 2010, the Pennsylvania House Democratic Campaign Committee in 2014, and Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams in 2009. Immediately prior to founding Rittenhouse Political Partners, Aubrey, served as Finance Director for Allyson Schwartz’s campaign for Pennsylvania Governor.
